Loot AI (operated by Brunology OÜ) lets you delete your account and the data associated with it at any time — from inside the app, or by request if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion runs immediately and is permanent. This in-app path is the primary and fastest route and works regardless of which email address your account uses.

Request deletion without the app

Email lootai-support@brunology.tech with the subject "Delete my account". Where possible, write from the email address linked to your account. If you signed in with Apple using Hide My Email, your account is linked to an Apple relay address you cannot send from — in that case, write from any address and quote the relay address shown under Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple for Loot AI, and we will verify the request case by case. We complete the erasure within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (email address, name, and the Google / Apple sign-in link)
• Your saved scan history
• Subscription-entitlement records tied to your account
• The creator (referral) name you optionally entered during onboarding, and the related subscription-event records, for every device linked to your account
• In-app feedback messages sent from a device linked to your account (the message text and any reply-to email) are deleted from our database. If we also received or answered your message by email, tell us and we delete that mailbox thread too.

What is kept

• Purchase and billing records are held by Google Play and the Apple App Store, not by us. Deleting your Loot AI account does not affect them; they follow Google's and Apple's own retention rules.
• Routine server logs are kept for a limited period for security and operations (see the retention section of our Privacy Policy), then purged automatically.
• A minimal record that your app identifier was erased (the identifier and the date, nothing else), so that later subscription notifications from Apple or Google cannot recreate your data. It contains no name, email or scan data.

Photos you scan are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers. Our AI vision provider processes them only to identify your item; any transient copies at the provider are gone within 30 days at most (see the Privacy Policy).

If you used Loot AI without an account

Some data — the optional creator (referral) name from onboarding and subscription-event records — is stored under an app identifier even if you never signed in. To have it deleted, email lootai-support@brunology.tech with the subject "Delete my data". So we can locate the record, tell us the creator name you entered and roughly when you installed the app; we will delete matching records within 30 days.

Good to know

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
